Born in Veria, Ioanna is a graduate of the School of Agricultural Technology at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) of Thessaloniki, Department of Agricultural Business Management.

Equipped with diverse and multiannual professional experience in secretarial and administrative support within the fields of insurance services, consulting, and computerization for public sector organizations, she has been a member of the Koumentakis & Associates Law Firm family for the past twenty-four years.
