To be more precise, the resent presentation was made for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mamaras.com\/en\/\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>Mamaras and Partners<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, the well-established company of Financial Advisors.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Stavros Koumentakis, Senior Partner, highlighted the business opportunities emerging after the changes introduced by the new Act on Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Anonyms, presented the new framework and referred in detail to specific provisions, ways on how to protect the client from \u201cinternal and external dangers\u201d and on how to utilize the options offered by Act 4548\/2019 regarding:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimizing expenses<\/li>\n<li>Attracting and maintaining capable executives<\/li>\n<li>Attracting investors<\/li>\n<li>Making good use of technology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As Mr. Koumentakis put it: \u201cThe new Act on Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Anonyms is a great opportunity, one that businesses must take advantage of.
